Residential Strata Complexes
We pride ourselves on having open communication with your Owners and relieving some of the stresses of managing your residential complex. We understand that this is your home and/or your investment property and want to help you maintain this well into the future.
Working with your elected Council of Owners and Owners to make sure your homes are the sanctuary you want it to be. Our experience extends from managing schemes anywhere from 3 lots to hundreds of lots so you can have comfort that there are not many situations that we haven’t encountered and know how to handle for you.
Brand new Strata Complexes
- Initial consultation with the Developer early on to ensure by-laws focus on function and enforceability. Let our speciality in strata management relieve the Developer of this burden

Mixed use and Commercial Strata Complexes
Although mixed use complexes are largely residential, the combination of having commercial tenancies in the complex can at times require a different management style. We have many years’ experience of managing mixed use properties and negotiating the nuances of relationships between parties with different motivations.
These properties usually have more sophisticated facilities available for residents and we specialise in the ongoing maintenance requirements of these. With two of our strata managers having worked closely with Developers over many years, our experience is incomparable and an absolute asset to your owners.
Community Title Complexes
A new form of Land Ownership is anticipated to be introduced in Western Australia with the land titles office (Landgate) working on this over the past few years.
